HIGH PRECISION AND CUTTING QUALITY
The ACCURL SMART COMPACT X uses high-quality components and produces precise cutting results on a wide range of components. The sensor technology integrated in the cutting head ensures stable and consistently high process quality, even in continuous multi-shift operation.
The laser system is suitable for cutting structural steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and copper, among other materials. Depending on the laser source used and the material, material thicknesses of up to 30 mm can be achieved.
CYPNEST NESTING SOFTWARE
CypNest is a powerful nesting software developed specifically for laser cutting systems, enabling efficient and material-saving nesting of cut parts.
SAFETY CONCEPT
The SMART Compact X’s safety concept combines high productivity with comprehensive operator protection. The fully enclosed laser gantry prevents laser radiation from escaping the processing area, while two easily accessible emergency stop switches on both sides of the gantry enable quick intervention in any situation. A proven Pilz safety system, which monitors all safety-related functions of the system, also ensures maximum operational safety.
The concept is complemented by photoelectric sensors surrounding the machine, which secure the work area and automatically stop the system as soon as a person enters the defined danger zone. In this way, the SMART Compact X ensures a high level of safety while offering optimal accessibility and easy material handling.
