ACCURL MASTER GUILLOTINE VARIABLE RAKE (up to 8m)
The standard features of the ACCURL Variable Rake Guillotine allow the adjustment of a great variety of parameters that influence the cut quality, namely rigidity, rake angle, blade clearance etc.
The deep throat allows for the cutting of sheet plates longer than the blade length. The backgauge has a retract movement for a slight swing during the cut, helping the cut-off strips fall down and therefore preventing the strips becoming jammed between the backgauge and the fixed blade.

With its easy to use touch screen navigation on the bright LCD screen, operation is most user-friendly. The numerical programming with clear icons guides the operator through all programming functionalities.

CNC Accurl Back Gauge System
One of the most important factors for cutting capacity is the design of back gauge and stability. Quality cutting is possible with perfect product, stability and precision back gauge.
The high speed ball-screw back gauge system movement is also supported with linear guides, which helps the back gauge achieve long life, greater sensitivity and strengthens against any collisions.
Avoids hanging down the wide and thin sheets via pneumatic table support and provides more precise cuts.
Anti-Twist system prevents cutting sheet material from twisting in narrow and strip cuttings by holding straight during the cutting process against to blade movements.
The Anti-Twist system of Accurl CNC guillotine shears version distributes the force more evenly. It serves to reduce the possibility of damage to the surface of thin metal sheets, or in case of delicate finishes such as polished stainless steel or pre-painted plates.
